1. What sizes do you carry?
We currently offer sizes ranging from XS to XL. Size availability may vary by style. Please refer to our Size Chart before purchasing to ensure the best fit. Plus size will be coming soon.
2. How do I know which size to choose?

3. Are your items squat-proof and sweat-proof?
Yes! All Herville activewear is made with premium fabrics that are squat-proof, sweat-resistant, and designed for maximum stretch and comfort.
4. How should I wash my activewear?
To keep your sets looking new:
- Machine wash cold on gentle cycle
- Wash inside out
- Do not bleach
- Hang or air dry only (avoid the dryer)
5. Do you restock sold-out items?

6. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
All sales are final. We only offer exchanges/store credit for damaged or incorrect items. If you experience an issue, contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package.
7. Can I change or cancel my order after purchasing?
Orders can’t be changed or canceled once processed, so please review your order carefully before submitting.
8. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Tracking info will be emailed once your order ships.
9. Do you ship internationally?

10. What if I received the wrong or a damaged item?

Our pieces are made from high-quality nylon, spandex, and polyester blends for ultimate comfort, stretch, and durability.
